ABOUT US

Students from Alaska Space Grant at University of Alaska Fairbanks built and launchd their first CubeSat in October 2015. Our team started with nothing and were able to design a satellite. Through this process students learned about building spacecraft that they would like to share with other students doing the same thing. Over the time that it took us to build our hardware, there were many moments that we wished we knew how to do something or where to find the information. We hope that by putting on this workshop we can bring like minded people together and many students that are currently facing these questions someone can be there to provide feedback.
